Communication is critical. 

When the work environment is not productive or even if a personal relationship is not functioning, one of the primary complaints is lack of, or poor, communication. 

My career has been a progressive path of growing my skillset, developing my expertise to establish and improve the communications offerings of an organization while building trust with internal and external stakeholders, and sharing their stories with the world.

I am able to do this by providing expert counsel and a grounded sounding board for leadership and colleagues. To ensure the counsel and services provided are leading edge, I take advantage of training and learning opportunities to expand my repertoire of communications tools and resources. 

My experience includes work in the private and public sectors, creating and implementing brand campaigns, community outreach initiatives, developing and maintaining critical relationships, in addition to helping leaders communicate and develop trust with stakeholders.

As my career has progressed so has the technology available to support communications. I have been able to incorporate social media and other innovations into sound communications theory and techniques. 

Like air, communications is critical. Think about it. When communications is missing or dysfunctional, life becomes problematic. I help solve the communication problem.
